Executive Committee (Excom)
The Executive committee is made up of 4 officers who manage the Registrar Constituency (Chair, Vice Chair, Secretary, Treasurer). The Executive Committee officers are selected from existing members, who are nominated and seconded by other members, and then a ballot taken where the successful candidate is selected by majority vote. The term for an Excom officer runs from from June 1st until May 31st and their duties are specified in the Bylaws.

Mason Cole
Executive Committee - Chair Mason is Vice President of Oversee.net and has been the Registrar Constituency Chair since June 1st 2009. The chair, in consultation with the executive committee and members, organizes the work of the Constituency and conducts Constituency meetings. The chair often confers with others in the ICANN community on registrar-related policy and business issues, and is the primary point of contact between the Constituency and ICANN staff. |

Jean-Christophe Vignes
Executive Committee - Vice-Chair/CTO Jean-Christophe is Executive Vice President & General Counsel of EuroDNS SA. and has been the Registrar Constituency Vice Chair / CTO since June 2008. Acting as Chair when the Chair is temporarily unavailable to do so, Jean-Christophe is especially involved in the RC Drafting efforts in cooperation with the RC Advocate. |

Matt Serlin
Executive Committee - Secretary Matt is Director of Operations and Product Management at MarkMonitor, Inc., and has been the Registrar Constituency Secretary since June 1st 2009. The secretary assists the chair in conducting Constituency business. The secretary's duties include recording proceedings of the executive committee and the full Constituency, managing the group's e-mail listservs, organizing constituency meetings at ICANN events, conducting votes and elections, and managing the Constituency web site. |

Jeff Eckhaus
Executive Committee - Treasurer Jeff Eckhaus is General Manager of eNom and SVP of Demand Media, and he has held the position of Registrar Constituency Treasurer since November 2008. Among other tasks, the treasurer is expected to manage Constituency bookkeeping and accounting; Report on the Constituency budget monthly; Make recommendations for and prepare an annual Constituency budget; Act as liaison with ICANN and Names Council budget staff and the Budget Committee; And collect dues and fees. |

ICANN Representatives
The Registrar Constituency elects 3 GNSO representatives and 1 Nominating Committee member.
The GNSO is ICANN's policy-making body for generic Top Level Domains (gTLDs). The Registrar Constituency is one of the GNSO's six constituencies. The RC has 3 seats on the GNSO Council, which are filled by a representative from one of the 3 geographic regions: Europe, Asia Pacific and North America. These representatives are elected to represent the constituency on the GNSO Council. Learn more about the GNSO HERE
The Nominating Committee (NomCom) member is responsible for selecting individuals to serve in key leadership positions within the ICANN structure. Although the Registrar Consituency elects a member of the Nominating Committee, that member is not actually a representative of the Constituency. Learn more about the NomCom HERE.

Tim Ruiz
GNSO Representative - North America Tim is Vice President / Corp. Development & Policy at The Go Daddy Group, Inc. Tim served as Vice Chair of the Registrar Constituency between 2004-2007 at which point he became the North American Registrar Constituency representative on the GNSO council. His term began at the end of the 2007 ICANN meeting and ends at the annual ICANN meeting in 2009. |

Adrian Kinderis
GNSO Representative - Asia Pacific Adrian is Chief Executive Officer of AusRegistry Group Pty Ltd and is an elected representative by the Registrar Constituency to the GNSO Council. Adrian was elected in June 2007 and his current term expires in the end of the annual meeting of 2009. |

Stéphane Van Gelder
GNSO Representative - Europe Stéphane is the General Manager of INDOM. He was elected to the post of Treasurer but stepped down at the end of 2008 to run for GNSO Councillor for the European region. He was elected to this position in November 2008 and his term will expire at the end of the ICANN annual meeting in 2010. |

Elliot Noss
ICANN Nominating Committee Member Elliot is President and CEO of Tucows and was elected by the Registrar Stakeholder Group to serve on the 2009-2010 ICANN Nominating Committee. The Nominating Committee members are responsible for selecting most of the ICANN board of directors as well as the independent members of the ALAC, the ccNSO Council and GNSO Council. |

Cristin Donahue
Registrar Constituency Secretariat Cristin Donahue is administrative assistant with John B. Berryhill, LLC. She has been engaged by the Registrar Constituency since 2006. As the Secretariat, Cristin assists the Excom with administrative tasks such as maintaining detailed records of registrar contact and payment information; providing transaction records and reports to the Treasurer; keeping email addresses up to date for the mailing lists; and attendance assistance at ICANN registrar meetings. She is available to assist registrars with RC membership payments and directing registrar inquiries about the RC to the appropriate Excom officer. |

Clarke Douglas Walton
Registrar Constituency Advocate Clarke is the Founder of Walton Internet Law, and Advocate for the Registrar Constituency since January 2008. Clarke is responsible for leading discussion among members on a wide range of ICANN policy issues and drafting position papers that convey the collective views of the Constituency for consideration by the ICANN community. |

Paul Goldstone
Registrar Constituency Website Administrator Paul is President and CEO of DomainIt, Inc. and Website Administrator for the Registrar Constituency. As website administrator, Paul acts as technical contact and manages DNS for the Registrar Constituency domain names, designed and hosts the website, and takes care of required maintenance and updates. |
